And we played from the BIG BOYS tees and we still had some great scores, we have some real players on the tour.

Here’s how the event went:

Champ flight DENNY ADKINS had a great round shooting one under par 71 with 4 birdies for first… RICK LUNDY was second with a 74 with a birdie on the back nine.

A flight pretty good scores from this group… in the Golf Week tour we had a tie for first at 78 between TODD MCCURRY AND STEVE MILLS…. Todd had 2 birdies and won some money…. But Mills was the winner in a 2 hole playoff.  In the SENIOR A FLT we had another tie at 79 between GEORGE SHADWICK AND CHRIS BLACK OF THE CHARLOTTE TOUR…. Shadwick was the winner in a playoff…. Also JACK SUDOL did pretty good for his first venture in the A Flt finishing with an 83.

B Flight in the GWT JOHN BECKMAN OF THE COLUMBIA TOUR was the clear winner with an 81. But the real story was in the SENIOR B FLT where GREG MOSES has a 76 with a birdie on the front….. Moses started on the back nine with a 41 but came in one under on the front… great playing.

C Flight DOUG TOMPKINS OF THE PINEHURST TOUR had an eye opening round of 79 and was the winner…. His round was such an eye opener that he earned a battlefield promotion to the B Flt!!!

D Flight DALE VANDEBOGART our bionic man was the winner.
