2024 Music City Regional Recap

 

Keith Woodall, Kevin Hadlock, Scott Landford, Kelly Bordewick, and Vic Werner all won at The Music City Senior Regional @ Gaylord Spring Golf Links.

The Music City Senior Regional @ Gaylord Spring Golf Links brought members from 13 Local Tours across the country to Nashville, TN. Participants experienced the a legendary course at Gaylord Spring Golf Links. In a soggy and rainy 2-day showdown, we proudly crowned 5 victorious Flight Winners! 

 

On a wet and rainy two days in Nashville, Keith Woodall (Nashville) shined and pulled away to win Champ Flight with consistent scores of 75-75-150. Falling 3-strokes short, Greg Wyatt (Nashville) claiming 2nd place with a 2-Day total of 153.

 

A Flight was taken by Kevin Hadlock (Augusta) carding scores 74-81-155.  Kevin Payne (Indiana-WKY) behind 2-strokes, posting a score of 157 taking 2nd place. Followed by Marcus Albright (Nashville) who took 3rd place shooting a 159.

 

B Flight, Scott Langford (Alabama) claimed his victory with scores 74-77-151. A 3-way scorecard tiebreaker was needed to settle who would be taking 2nd place. Coming down to Wednesday’s round, Chris Ebner (Nashville) posted a score of 76, Greg Scott (Louisiana) shot an 82 placing them in the 2nd and 3rd position. Followed by David Oliver (Mississippi) carding an 83.

 

 C Flight, Kelly Bordewick (Nashville) and Todd Courtney (Cincinnati/Dayton) were neck in neck. Bordewick took home the trophy posting scores of 84-82-166 with Courtney just 4 strokes down with a score of 170, claiming 2nd place.

 

 D Flight was taken by Vic Werner (Arkansas) with scores 82-84-166. Followed by Butch Novak (Columbus, OH Tour Director) claiming 2nd place posting scores of 85-89-174.

 

Congratulations to David Oliver (Mississippi) for winning the Cleveland CBX4 Zipcore Wedges donated by Srixon with the proceeds ($540) going to the Jimmy V Foundation – Cancer Research.
