Cancelation/No Show Policy

Registration for events normally closes Wednesday night at 9 pm the week of the tournament.  If a player has to withdraw, cancel, or no show after this time, the only money that will be refunded may be the course fee (assuming the course doesn't charge for player.)  Trophies and prize cards are already purchased based on the number of people signed up and paid by Wednesday at 9 pm.

All money will be refunded if player cancels before the the Wednesday night deadline.

If you have signed up for a tournament any you are not going to show up for any reason, please email, text, or call director.  Please let director know as soon as possible if you are not going to make it, so all necessary changes can be made for pairings and scorecards.
