Tom Dillon Wins Championship Flight At Southern Dunes With 71
As always, when the Orlando Golfweek Amateur Tour visited Southern Dunes It proved to be in top shape for us. Tom Dillon shot 1-under 71 to take first in Championship flight. It was Tom's first win as a Championship flight player. Chad Frank and Ray Vigeant finished tied for second at 73. John Bill Shufelt (75) was 4th.
In the Senior Championship flight, Bill Shufelt's 75 was good for the victory. Mike Menyhart was second one stroke back with 76.

Ryan Huisman strengthened his hold on first
place in A flight with his second victory of the season. He shot 78.
Three players were one behind with 79's--Depriest Bowers, Robbie Robinson & Mike LombardoEric Huffington. In Senior A Robbie Robinson & Mike Lombardo needed an extra hole to break their tie for first after on 79. Robbie Robinson won on the first extra hole.

Matt Mewes took first place in the B flight. For the second week 75 was the winning score in the B flight. Neville Miller (78) was second. Don Lamb and Dan Siedenfaden tied for third place prize with 79. Russell Outram was 5th with 80. In the Senior B flight. Ray Rodriguez posted 81 and beat Andy Baker (82) by one. Bill DeTorres (85) was third.

C flight needed a playoff. Terry Lawson and Joe Porter
tied for first in C flight. They shot 83's and headed beck out for a
playoff. It lasted 2 holes as Terry prevailed onthe par-4 second hole.
Jay Freeman was third after an 858. Porter and Lawson also double in he Senior C flight and so the playoff settled senior C as well.

The D flight belonged to Frank Fornari after a nice 92. Danny Monroe was second with 96. Danny plays on the NCF Tour.
