Cory Walker Shoots Even Par To Win Championship / SrChamp Flights At Reunion

With a 45 minute rain delay thrown in, 85 players made their way around the Palmer Course at Reunion Resort on Saturday.  Once the rain stopped a little after noon, it was a beautiful day to the end.  Cory Walker led Championship Flight with an even par 72.  He topped two players by a single shot--Chad Frank and John Bessette.  The course produced some terrific scores in all flights.  Eric Kellough took the A flight with a 1-under par 71. It was his first event after being promoted to the A flight.  Birmingham member Tim Miller shot 78 to take B flight.  George Ricardi topped C & SrC flight and NCF member Danny Monroe won in the D Flight after an 83.  Cory Walker, Robbie Robinson, Mark Klenck won senior Championship, senior A and senior B, respectively.  Robinson tied with first time player Gus Reeves after posting 79's.  Robinson won on the third extra hole in senior A.
